Mumbai: Tuesday's shares of Coffee Day Enterprises Ltd and Sical Logistic Ltd hit 20 percent reduced circuit after Mint reported missing promoter V.G.Siddhartha and is suspected of jumping off a bridge into the Nethravati River.
Coffee Day Enterprises fell by 20 percent to hit a low of approximately € 1154.05 on BSE, while Sical Logistics Ltd fell by 20 percent, its steepest fall since August 1994 to approximately € 772.80. To date, Coffee Day has dropped by 45%, while Sical has dropped by 51%.
VG Siddhartha maintains 32.75 percent interest in Coffee Day Enterprises, of which it has promised almost 71.40 percent, according to the June quarter 2019 shareholding pattern. Siddhartha maintains 0.68 percent interest in Sical Logistics as of the quarter of June.
