Shares of InterGlobe Aviation Ltd. (IndiGo) fell over 4.5% in early trade post reporting a wider loss yoy for Q2FY20. The company reported a net loss of Rs1,062cr for the second quarter ended September 30. However, its revenue from operations rose 31.1% to Rs8,539.80cr as against Rs6,514.10cr in the corresponding quarter.
The total expenses of the company increased by 27.6% yoy to Rs9,571.60cr led by 465% yoy jump in depreciation and amortisation expenses at Rs1,028.70cr.
Interglobe Aviation Ltd is currently trading at Rs1,592.65, down by Rs73.7 or 4.42% from its previous closing of Rs1,666.35 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs1,610 and has touched a high and low of Rs1,646.60 and Rs1,581.20 respectively.
