Tata Global Beverages revenue rose 4.2% yoy to Rs1,834.1cr. Net profit fell 18.9% yoy to Rs137.7cr. EBITDA rose 41% to Rs234.7cr. Margin stood at 12.8% vs. 9.5% in Q2FY19.

Consolidated revenue grew by 4% to Rs1,834cr for Q2 and by 5% to Rs3,731cr for H1FY20 with higher overall volume growth of 7% both in Q2 and H1 impacted by lower realisations with commodity price deflation.
Consolidated EBITDA grew by 13% to Rs237cr for Q2 and by 10% to Rs505cr for H1FY20; EBITDA, excluding one time income in last year, is higher by 39% (Q2) and by 20% (H1).

Consolidated Net Profit, excluding one off items, is higher by 45% (Q2) and by 33% for H1FY20.
India Branded Business grew by 8% in volume terms both in Q2 and for H1FY20.

US Coffee grew 4% and Other International Businesses grew 2% in volume terms both in Q2 and for H1FY20.
TGBL and TCL (Consumer Products Business) merger as per schedule.

Acquisition of Branded Business of Dhunseri Tea completed successfully.
