Muthoot Capital Services Ltd. completed a securitization transaction of Rs145.37cr on December 31, 2019.
With this transaction, the Company has so far raised total funds of Rs578.81cr through securitization/direct assignment transactions during the FY 2019-20.
The entire pool is from the non-priority sector and has been taken after considering the guidelines prescribed by the Reserve Bank of India in this regard.
Muthoot Capital Services Ltd is currently trading at Rs538.30 up by Rs7.8 or 1.47% from its previous closing of Rs530.50 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs545 and has touched a high and low of Rs545 and Rs533 respectively. So far 13,656 (NSE+BSE) shares were traded on the counter. The current market cap of the company is Rs872.54cr.
