Bharat Petroleum Corp Ltd (BPCL) reported a net profit of Rs2,051.43cr in the Q3FY20 as against a net profit of Rs698.62cr in the same quarter last year.

However, revenue from operation fell to Rs85,926.70cr in Q3FY20 from Rs89,324.86cr a year ago on lower oil prices, the company said in a regulatory filing on Thursday.

The Average Gross Refining Margin (GRM) of the Corporation during nine months ended December 31, 2019 is$ 3.15 per barrel (April - December 2018: $ 5.25 per barrel).

Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd is currently trading at Rs476.50 up by Rs7.4 or 1.58% from its previous closing of Rs469.10 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs470.55 and has touched a high and low of Rs478.05 and Rs470.55 respectively.
